Who We Are

Business Psychology Services is an expert firm providing Work Psychology, People Consultancy & Workplace Mediation services. Our practice lead, Gavin O'Brien is a Chartered Work and Organisational Psychologist and has over 25 years of International HR leadership experience. He has worked across a variety of industry sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology.  He has held senior roles up to VP and Chief People Officer level with leading companies such as 3M, Xerox, PepsiCo, Zendesk, Sanofi and Teamwork.   

He is currently completing his Doctorate in Organizational Psychology at the University of London with research focusing on remote work and virtual work teams.  He holds the following Qualifications and Memberships; BSc in Occupational Psychology, Ulster University, MSc in Occupational Psychology, Queens University Belfast, LLM Master in Laws (Business), University College Cork, Certified Mediator with the International Mediation Institute, Chartered Work & Organisational Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland, Chartered Psychologist & Associate Fellow, British Psychological Society
